Do I have to sign a long term contract?

Never. Formsly is a month by month subscription service. You only pay for the month you use. If you cancel, you'll be billed for the current billing cycle and that's it. There are no long-term contracts.

Do you keep my credit card details?

No. We never ask you for your billing details, PayPal handles all transactions. You will never be billed for the free plan and we will never have access to your credit card details.

Can I downgrade my plan at any time?

Yes. Subscriptions are handled by PayPal, so you can login to your PayPal account at any time and cancel. We have no way of preventing you from doing this. You are never locked in.
